Returns and Refunds 
Notice: Our return policy has changed. 
  • To return your product, please email us at within 7 days to ensure you are eligible. 
  • We will accept returns on unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 7 days of receiving your order. 
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. This will come out of your return refund. 
  • Please wait for instructions before returning items. 
  • The package will be returned directly to our warehouse(s). 
  • Please allow 3-5 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process. 
  • Once we are notified that the item(s) have been received and processed, we will deduct the 15% restocking fee and refund the balance back to your account. 

    The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges unless there was a shipping error on our part.

    If your product was delivered with concealed damage, please notify us within 3 business days so we can  rectify the problem immediately.

    Late or Missing Refunds(if applicable)

    If you do not see your refund within 3-5 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card company to make sure it is not still pending. Refunds make take some time before officially posting to  your account.

    We will no longer accept exchanges, only returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. 

    Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
