Returns and Refunds
  • To return your product you must email us at info@ohemgeeboutique.com within 7 days to ensure you are eligible. 
  • We will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging with SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
  • Return requests must be initiated within 7 days (the first day of the return window starts the day tracking shows delivered status) of receiving all items in the order and shipped back to us within 7 days of submission to qualify for a full refund.
  • If it is a split package order, it will start from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
  • There will be a 15% restocking fee on all items returned. This will come out of your return refund. 
  • Please wait for instructions before returning items. 
  • Once we are notified that the item(s) have been received and processed, we will deduct the 15% restocking fee and refund the balance back to your account. 
All swimwear, bodysuits, intimates, jewelry, tumblers and
beauty products are final sale and non-refundable.
  • Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless it was a shipping error or a damaged item. 
  • Please allow us 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process.
  • We will email you after the return has been processed to confirm what has been done.
If your product was delivered with concealed damage, please notify us within 3 business days so we can rectify the problem immediately.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you do not see your refund within 3-5 business days, please first contact your bank or credit card company to make sure it is not still pending. Refunds make take some time before officially posting to  your account.

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges of any kind, only returns initiated within 7 days of receiving your package. 

Note: If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
